David co-founded the Graff Group 18 years ago. David brings 15+ years of strategic and tactical sales and marketing expertise to the table. In his career, David held sales and marketing management positions with Eli Lilly, Stryker, Mallinckrodt, and Abbott Laboratories. Considered a Win Loss Analysis evangelist extraordinaire, David's clients describe him as "entrepreneurial," "passionate," "focused," and "candid."
In his spare time, Dave revels in smacking tennis and golf balls and developing database solutions for his business. A confirmed computer geek, nothing is more relaxing than finding a better, faster, more organized way of managing his workflow. A native Michigander with his B.S. in Marketing, Dave is a dog lover, an artist, and played the Tin Man in the Wizard of Oz at The Leelanau School.

Carol listens to your customers' insight to design and build a meaningful story. As our architect of findings, she is always eager to deliver the truth. When she's not listening, writing or strategizing, you'll most frequently find Carol with her nose in a book, traversing the nearest nature path, or experimenting in the kitchen. A transplanted California gal, sun, beach and sea equal her perfect spot for total relaxation.
