In addition to her architect responsibilities, Carol is a gifted moderator, comfortable with any type of group in starting the conversation and leading teams through ideation exercises. When she’s not listening, writing or strategizing, you’ll most frequently find Carol with her nose in a book, traversing the nearest nature path, or experimenting in the kitchen. A transplanted California gal, sun, beach and sea equal her perfect spot for total relaxation.

As president of the Graff Group, Dave is responsible for delivering market intelligence to its clients, helping them better understand their customer audiences. With more than 15 years of senior-level sales and marketing experience, Dave employs in-depth interviews and win/loss analysis to fill in market research gaps and create actionable insights. Dave is focused on helping clients retain more customers, win more business and grow market share.  It’s all about radical engagement.

Prior to co-founding the Graff Group in 1993, Dave held senior-level sales and marketing management positions at Eli Lilly, Stryker, Mallinckrodt, and Abbott Laboratories. Dave earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University.
